What does Tarot have to do with Work and Leadership? (Spoiler Alert: Everything!)

This morning, I read tarot on the beach for a client — and a dear friend.

The sun was rising. The tide was rolling in. And as we turned the cards, I was struck again by how powerful unconventional tools can be in helping us make sense of life.

Especially in moments of transition.
Especially when we feel overwhelmed, untethered, or unsure.
Especially when we’ve tried all the logical options and still can’t find clarity.

Tarot — and other intuitive systems like astrology, Human Design, and even feng shui — don’t promise answers. What they offer is reflection. A pause. A different way of looking at things.

They remind us:
