FENG SHUI AT WORK

creating spaces where people do their best work

Empower your team to create individual workspaces that generate focus, collaboration and well-being, while facilitating a sense of connection & excitement toward your team, organization or brand.

transforming how your team connects in their work spaces

Through an interactive workshop experience, your team will explore how their individual work environments influence the way they think, communicate, and perform — & whether their workspace is moving them toward or away from their goals.

Together, you’ll all discover simple, practical ways to improve your own desks and home offices, while gaining a deeper appreciation for the different environments each individual needs to do their best work.

Using Feng Shui as our guide, we’ll combine reflection, discussion, and hands-on application throughout this workshop. Everyone will leave feeling connected and energized, while knowing exactly what to do to create positive change in their personal workspace, office, or working environment.

This is by-far our most popular, accessible and engaging workshop experience that can be delivered across a variety of team sizes and organizational audiences.

It happens in environments that quietly influence the way we think, communicate, focus, collaborate, and make decisions. We often spend very little time thinking about how our environments affect us as we work within them—even less time if our team is hybrid or entirely remote.

And yet, no two people do their best work in exactly the same conditions.

Some people need natural light. Others prefer dim lighting.

Some think best in complete silence. Others need the energy of a busy coffee shop.

Some thrive with visual organization. Others process best when their ideas are spread across their desk.

When these differences go unnoticed, people often mistake environmental friction for personal shortcomings.

"I just can't concentrate."

"Why are they always distracted?"

"Why does everyone seem exhausted after meetings?"

In reality, the environment may be working against them.

Whether your team works from home, in an office, or somewhere in between, becoming more intentional about the spaces where work happens can improve focus, reduce unnecessary stress, support collaboration, and help people do their best work.

Work doesn't happen in a vacuum

what is feng shui at work?

Feng Shui at Work is a facilitated workspace design and people experience that explores the relationship between people and the environments in which they work.

Using principles inspired by Feng Shui, environmental psychology, and intentional workplace design, participants learn how physical spaces influence focus, communication, creativity, decision-making, and collaboration.

Rather than prescribing one "perfect" office layout, this experience encourages curiosity about how environments support—or hinder—the way individuals and teams work best.

Participants leave with practical strategies they can immediately apply to their desks, offices, meeting spaces, and home office environments.

At The Corporate Psychic, we believe the future of work is human.

That includes the environments in which work happens.

Thoughtfully designed spaces can support clearer thinking, stronger collaboration, greater creativity, and healthier ways of working together.

Feng Shui offers one lens for seeing those possibilities—not by changing who people are, but by changing the conditions that help them do their best work.
